Happy Christmas from PMHP

As 2020 draws to a close, we here at the Perinatal Mental Health Partnership reflect on what has been a difficult and unusual year for all , especially new parents.

The UK Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week that we at PMHP ran in May had the theme ‘Supporting Mums During Difficult Times’ to raise awareness of perinatal mental illness, advocate for the women and families affected, and signpost to safe information, care and support during this year when there has been so much uncertainty and change .

As we move towards 2021, we will continue with this work as we plan for next years week, which will take place 3-9th May.

We wish you a peaceful and Happy Christmas.
